Delivery & Payment – ZBRANDA

Free first-order delivery: Your first ZBRANDA order receives free standard delivery anywhere in Egypt.

Standard delivery fee after the first order: EGP 100.

Payment options

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the courier when your order arrives.
• InstaPay or local mobile wallet: After placing your order, send the payment to 01024299309, then send the payment screenshot through WhatsApp to 01024299309. Transfer orders are confirmed after payment is verified.

Inspection before accepting delivery

You may inspect the item before accepting it, subject to the courier's inspection procedure. Please check the product and size before accepting and paying. If it is unsuitable, refuse the shipment at the door.

Delivery times

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Cairo and Giza: Usually 2–4 business days.

Other governorates: Usually 3–7 business days.

Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Courier, holiday, or other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
