All items are non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery is accepted.

No size exchanges: Each product is available only in the size shown on its product page, and alternative sizes may not be available. Please review the listed size information or contact us before ordering.

Inspection before accepting delivery (المعاينة قبل الاستلام)

You may inspect the item and check its size before accepting and paying, subject to the courier's inspection procedure. If the item or size is unsuitable, refuse the shipment at the door before accepting it.

يمكنك معاينة المنتج والمقاس قبل الاستلام والدفع وفقاً لإجراءات شركة الشحن. إذا كان المنتج أو المقاس غير مناسب، يمكنك رفض الشحنة قبل استلامها.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item is damaged, defective, or different from your order, please refuse it during inspection. If an issue could not reasonably be detected during inspection, contact us immediately with order details and clear photos so we can review it. Your rights regarding defective or incorrect goods under applicable law are not affected.
